This video was taken while we were testing a plasma compressor case cutter for a Thai customer. From the video, you can see our machine cutting the compressor case, the whole process is fast, automatic, and safe. After being processed by this machine, you can use other 3T machines to recycle the processed compressor further.
The Plasma compressor is a new machine from 3T, specially designed to cut compressors with lengths ranging from 15cm to 55cm and outer diameters ranging from 12cm to 26cm. Its working principle is that after the jaws clamp the raw material, the machine drives the raw material to rotate and cut it by plasma, providing high efficiency, high durability, and high safety. By removing the shell, you can prepare the compressor for subsequent recycling in the best possible way.

The plasma compressor case cutting machine consists of two parts, including the plasma compressor cutting host device and the industrial filter cartridge dust removal auxiliary device.
By combining different inert gases and ionizing them under high temperature conditions, we can cut the metal shell of the compressor with higher hardness and help customers recycle the metal materials in the compressor.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of ordinary dust collectors such as insufficient cleaning strength and uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air, we specially designed this industrial filter cartridge dust collector with an automatic pulse cleaning design, which greatly improves the cleaning capacity and dust removal efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and extends the service life of dust filter bags.
Place the compressor in the center of the turntable, and turn the "Clamp/Release" switch to the clamping position to control the claws to clamp the compressor.
Press "S↑" to retract the gun head and reset it.
Use the "UP/DOWN" switch to control the gun head to move to the appropriate position.
Press the green "START" button, then press the "ENTER" confirmation button, and the machine will start to run automatically. The turntable drives the compressor to rotate, the gun head extends outward, and the plasma starts cutting; after the cutting is completed, the gun head automatically stops working, automatically returns to reset, and the turntable automatically stops.
Long press "S↓" until the gun head contacts the material and rebounds, and observe whether the gun head position is appropriate; (if appropriate, proceed to the next step, if not appropriate, adjust the gun head position)
Turn the "clamp/release" switch to the release position, and take out the compressor after the clamp is released. Pay attention to safety and avoid burns.
Before working, you should check the electrical box of the machine and be careful not to get damp or water in it to avoid safety hazards.
There must be no flammable or explosive objects around the machine to avoid dangerous accidents.
Please check the power supply and wires before operation. If they are damaged, you should replace them in time; check whether there is oil leakage in the oil pipeline to ensure safe and normal use.
Pay attention to operating safety. Operators must wear appropriate work clothes before operating.
