Working Process of Mini BSC Electric Motor Wrecker Machine

Turn on the air circuit breaker, motor starts to work;
Rotate the black button and adjust the pressure to a suitable level(clockwise for increasing and counterclockwise for reducing pressure);
Press the cutting hydraulic rod down and rotate the scrap motor stator, allowing the blade to fully cut one end of the copper winding of the scrap motor stator.
Press pulling hydraulic rod down to adjust the opening range of the claws, then reset and finish drawing copper.

Possible problems and solutions

As is mentioned, when the cylinder cannot work smoothly or does not work, please check if 4/5 standard 46# hydraulic oil has been added;

The copper gripper head may fall off naturally after working for a long time. You need to remove 6 screws from its connection between the end of barrel and oil cylinder, then screw to the deepest part of oil cylinder push rod, meanwhile tighten the lock thread. Lastly just connect the barrel with oil cylinder well.
If using only one function for a long time, you should also turn on the non-used function switches to startup and reset them to ensure normal functions every time you start machine, then you can operate its functions normally. Otherwise long time non-used functions may change and affect the operation of whole machine.
