The BSM-90 Electric vehicle motor recycler is the latest product for recycling motor stators of new energy vehicles, manufactured by the BSGH Granulator. The machine is equipped with a crescent-shaped cutting knife, two pulling parts, including 12-Claw and 16-claw, three pedal switches and three plus oil cylinders, which makes the machine has high recycling efficiency and high purity of recycled materials.

The operation of BSM-90 electric vehicle motor recycling machine can generally be divided into two steps:
Place one end of the electric vehicle motor copper winding under the cutting knife, then operator should turn around the motor manually after every cut until the copper winding is totally cut off.
Then put the stator on the copper pulling part to separate copper windings.
You should put the stator into appropriate claws according to its diameter.
BSM-90 electric vehicle motor recycler can process new energy motor stators with diameters between 75mm and 180mm, and you will eventually get complete copper windings.
